The Bay Area Air Quality Management District invites you to participate in an Open House to learn about potential new control measures and strategies that may be included in the 2016 Clean Air Plan/Regional Climate Protection Strategy (CAP/RCPS) and about current climate protection efforts and initiatives.

San Mateo County will host the Community Open House at Sequoia High School's Multipurpose Room, located at 1201 Brewster Avenue, Redwood City.

The plans will serve as a roadmap for the Air District's efforts to reduce air pollution and protect public health and the global climate.

The Clean Air Plan Update will include the Bay Area's first comprehensive climate protection strategy, which will identify potential rules, control measures and strategies that the Air District can pursue to reduce greenhouse gases. Learn more here.
