A Veterans Town Hall is being held to introduce a 55-unit affordable housing apartment complex for veterans that is being proposed for the property adjacent to the Millbrae BART station. North Fair Oaks Community Council (NFOCC) The mission of the NFOCC is to provide recommendations on the health, safety, welfare, public works and planning issues for the North Fair Oaks geographic area. Meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month. The agenda for the meeting is attached. The public is welcome.  Study Session:        6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Regular Meeting:    7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Hear San Mateo County Supervisor Adrienne Tissier and the Elder and Dependent Adult Protection Team speak at this vigil on the importance of preventing elder and dependent abuse. Older adult abuse has been on the rise.
