Many teachers and school staff commute long hours to get to their jobs every day to work with our students. As co-chair for Home for All, workforce housing is always on my mind. This is why I was happy to join the San Mateo County School Board Association, meeting to discuss housing for our teachers and staff who work in San Mateo County, along with Supervisor Don Horsley. I shared the important work that we are doing at Home for All and discussed community engagement programs to get them to their goal of building more workforce housing.
