Kol handles issues surrounding housing and affordable housing, and the environment and climate change, as well as constituent issues.

Kol previously worked as a political organizer for a non-profit working on environmental issues, college affordability, housing insecurity and food insecurity in California. She earned a B.A. in Environmental Systems - Policy from UC San Diego and a Paralegal Certificate from UC Irvine.
